Here in the Raw Lens office we are feeling very nostalgic as we reflect back on some of our favourite video and photography projects from 2022 on the Sunshine Coast!
We feel so lucky to have worked on a number of amazing projects over the last 12 months which have allowed us to capture inspiring people and share their story.
In no particular order, here are some of our favourites from the year that was!
STEPS // Colby Day in the Life
We love every opportunity we get to spend time with the Students and staff from STEPS Pathways College – and our Day in the life project with Colby was no different. We spent the day documenting what a day at STEPS Pathways College looks like for Colby and we’ve been lucky enough to follow his journey there for over a year. In that time we’ve seen his confidence and well-being absolutely blossom. He is a testament to all of the amazing work that is done by the staff and community that support STEPS. This one was definitely a highlight.
Kultured Wellness // Confidence in the Kitchen
We loved working on the Confidence in the Kitchen series with Kirsty, Nicole and Ash from Kultured Wellness. Not only does Kirsty know her stuff when it comes to the gut microbiome and all things health and wellness – but unsurprisingly, Kirsty brings the most amazing and uplifting energy on camera and is a joy to work with. I remember actually suffering through some of the filming days with a head cold and Kirsty and Ash nurtured me back to full health with beautiful lemon teas and vitamin C!
Sunshine Plaza // Super saver Campaign (and all of their 2022 campaigns!)
We absolutely love working with the marketing team at Sunshine Plaza. Kerrie, Summah and Maya always provided a wonderful brief and space to get creative promoting one of their many installations or campaigns.
UniSC // G Day
We’ve been capturing UniSC’s annual Giving Day content for a number of years now and it’s one of our favourite causes. This year they raised funds for the environment, mental health and students and it was again a huge success. Well done to the G Day team.
Sunshine Coast Council // Kind is Cool
Earlier in 2022 Sunshine Coast Council reached out to us to create a “Kind is Cool” campaign in the wake of staffing issues across the globe as a result of COVID. It was so nice to work on such a simple yet important message. Be Kind.
Busy Bees // Child Safety
In 2022 we began working with many new clients, one being Global Childcare service Busy Bees – our relationship kicked off with a fun campaign and message about children’s safety starring some of the young Busy Bees!
