Tom Rawlins

Creative Director

Tom's career in media began in regional Victoria producing, writing, filming and editing TV commercials. A love for creating captivating and emotive content was born and Tom has never looked back. Today Tom leads the Raw Lens crew to create stunning video or photography for business, brands and charities all over the globe. When he doesn’t have a camera in hand Tom loves getting up early for a surf, spending time with family and sipping a cold beer with friends as the sun sets.

Sam Hart

Creative Content Producer

Sam is one creative and talented individual. He is an all-rounder with the ability to produce, direct, film, photograph and edit. He has a passion for storytelling and a great knack for crafting narratives through the lens of a camera. When he's not on set for Raw Lens Sam is happiest hiking through the Sunshine Coast hinterland with his wife and daughter.

Rosie is our in house Photographer and Marketing Coordinator. She studied Graphic Design at Charles Sturt University and has a keen eye for creating stunning visuals across multiple media platforms. Rosie is a talented photographer, artist and manages the Raw Lens social media channels. Outside of the Raw Lens office, Rosie is either catching waves on the Noosa points, creating art or enjoying a crisp Rosé with friends.

Jo is an animal lover, enjoys snorkelling and the simple pleasures of life like a home cooked meal and a good book. Jude loves tennis, motorbikes and building sand castles at Warana Beach.

Kenny is an editor, writer and filmmaker. He studied a Bachelor of Film and Screen Media production at Griffith University and since graduating in 2018 has been creating commercial content for brands as well as social profile documentaries. Kenny loves playing football (soccer), is an Arsenal Football Club tragic and when he’s not cracking jokes in the Raw Lens office he’s trying them out on stage at Open Mic comedy nights.
