This isn’t just another show; it’s a true passion project, born from countless hours of planning, dreaming, and a deep-seated desire to explore the incredible tapestry of human experience.
For those of you who know me, Tom Rawlins, you know my background. I grew up in a backpackers hostel, immersed in a melting pot of cultures and stories. Sharing tales with Germans over a game of pool, explaining Australian Rules Football to the Dutch, and swapping banter with the Brits and Irish – these were the formative experiences that ignited my love for connecting with people from all walks of life. “Through Your Lens” is my chance to step back into that space, to hold genuine conversations, and to share the invaluable wisdom of those who truly live life on their own terms.
