How to supercharge your marketing funnel and reach your goals this year!

As previously mentioned in my last blog post: A survey conducted by Wyzowl states: “91% of businesses use video as a marketing tool in 2023. This is an all-time high since we started tracking this data in 2016.”  Video is such an effective way to increase your brand recognition and build trust with consumers when it comes to your product, service, or your business in general. 

So.. “How can I incorporate video into my marketing strategy this year?”, I hear you ask.

There are 5 stages of a typical marketing funnel. 
Video can fall into each and any stage and can be be used in a variety of ways.  
Awareness: Reach new consumers/clients/customers 
Consideration: Generate demand
Conversion: Drive consumers decision
Loyalty: Maintain and retain consumers
Advocacy: Inspire evangelism

Awareness  

Below is a short vertical video we created for Kultured Wellness to reach new consumers, clients and customers for their Confidence in the Kitchen series.  Short vertical video is trending in the 2023 online social media marketing world. Read Tom’s breakdown on why they are so important here.

Consideration

Generate demand for your product or service through the use of customer testimonial videos or product demonstration videos to then lead to conversion to drive consumer decisions. Below is an example of a customer testimonial video we created for RIO Education for one of their clients – Collarts. Just like a personal recommendation – video testimonials are a powerful marketing strategy that build trust between yourself and your potential client or consumer. 
When viewers watch and hear a story similar to their own, they are more likely to be converted. Video testimonials also act as a two for one marketing strategy as they also share the most important details of your product or service with your target audience.

Advocacy 

Below is an example of a project we created with Cyndi O’Meara from The Nutrition Academy.  For this project, our aim was to capture the essence and backstory of the Nutrition Academy and to encapsulate Cyndi’s passion of encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle.
The video gives an insight into Cyndi and her The Nutrition Academy’s values.
Brand story videos like these are a great opportunity to humanise your business create advocacy from your consumer.
